THE POWER OF FIRST FRUIT, PART 1

                   

“If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:” Isa 1:19 (KJV)

How feasible is this scripture considering the harsh economic and lingering financial global melt-down witnessed in all parts of the world? The scriptures cannot be broken; you can eat the best of the land this year if only you can pay attention to the truth of this message. What does the first fruit mean and does it have any Biblical backing?

"We promise to bring the first part of every harvest to the Lord's Temple year after year—whether it be a crop from the soil or from our fruit trees.” Neh 10:35 (NLT)

God is so passionate and particular about the "first"; be it fruit, crop, seed, child (be it a son or a daughter), etc. The implication of this is that for any first son/daughter to have headway in life, such must take seriously what God takes seriously. When you take for granted what is dear to God, you might continue to struggle with the issues of your life. If God is the Alpha, then He is interested in the first of all that belongs to you i.e. money, property, million, first everything. Anything that comes first, God is interested in it and He wants it because it belongs to him.

"Bring the best of the first fruits of your soil to the house of the Lord your God...”  Ex 23:19 (NIV)

God desires the first in or of whatever He blesses you with. Each time you relegate God to the background in the issues of your life, He also will do same for you. The Bible says in (Psalm 18:26) “With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself froward.” You can only in the same measure what you give to God. He said to the cunning, He will show Himself to be cunning and to the man that is wayward, God will show Himself wayward to him. The implication of the statement above is that any man that puts God first, He is the one that God will consider first in matters involving the issues of life. So this year if you want to enjoy God’s best, you need to put God first. If as the first born of your parents and you neglect to pay heed to this truth, you might struggle through life while your mates who have good understanding of this truth cruise through destiny with ease; after all the Bible says:

“…the people who know their God shall prove themselves strong and shall stand firm and do exploits [for God].” D an 11:32 (AMP)

The first set of everything that God allows to pass through your hands belongs to Him; God asked Abraham to give Him the first fruit (which was his only son) and he obeyed and the blessings that followed afterward was beyond human description:

"Take your son," God said, "your only son, Isaac, whom you love so much, and go to the land of Moriah. There on a mountain that I will show you, offer him as a sacrifice to me." Gen 22:2 (GNT)

God you want my first fruit. Abraham did not dialogue on this important issue with his wife Sarah but he went head-long to obey the instruction God gave him. Here lies the truth; until you pass the test of first fruit your name might not be relevant to the coming generation. As the Lord began to bless me, He gave me specific instructions about every first breakthrough that happens in my life and ministry and today the proofs are speaking. Beloved, nothing is too big for you to give your Creator; the reason you are suffering now is because you are only concerned about yourself not minding the Giver of the resources. This year, get ready to lay your first fruit on the altar; do not ever think that when you lay it on the altar you are helping the church or the Pastor, No! The church does not need your help rather it is an avenue to keep the flow.

Hannah knew the secret too when she prayed and it seemed as if God is late concerning her request but she understood the mystery of the first fruit and went into agreement with God by releasing the first fruit from her womb.

“And she made a vow, saying, "O Lord Almighty, if you will only look upon your servant's misery and remember me, and not forget your servant but give her a son, then I will give him to the Lord for all the days of his life, and no razor will ever be used on his head." 1 Sam 1:11 (NIV)

You are looking for a job now, can you say, ‘God I will give you my first fruit’ and you will be surprised He will compensate you in ways you least expected. God is a good business man, God is not a consumer but He is a just rewarder.

WAR AGAINST AFFLICTION, PART 1

Affliction is like a two- edged sword that affects both the righteous and the unrighteous. In a simple term, it is the wicked finger or the involvement of the enemy in the affairs of men.  More-over, affliction in the Hebrew language means ‘aven which means trouble or wickedness.  I need you to know that God is not glorified when you are afflicted; rather it is one of the many schemes of darkness. Please, do not forget that the Bible says:

 “But while he was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed also darnel (weeds resembling wheat) among the wheat, and went on his way” Matt 13:25 (AMP)

Today, many people are groaning under the weight and burden of this dreaded scheme of darkness because somewhere either consciously or unconsciously the enemy penetrated their lives and the resonance effects of such evasion is undoubtedly responsible for the hardship, failure, depression, stagnation and terminal diseases ravaging their destines.

“A righteous man may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all;” (NIV) Ps 34:19

Though several schools of thought have analyzed the pain, agony and travails associated with affliction and all of these pointed to the fact that affliction is real and deadly if its victim is complacent. In this write-up, I will be sharing with you from the word of God some of the meanings of affliction as well as its causes. Affliction can be pain or bodily torment which someone passes through or an attack by satan against the righteous.

 “Look upon my affliction and my distress and take away all my sins” Ps 25:18. (NIV)

 There are varied degrees caused by this lethal weapon of darkness.  Affliction can make people to be broken (sober), backslide while others are made in the process because of their dexterity. Essentially, this wicked device of the enemy that brews from the pit of hell is aimed at destabilizing the children of God. God Himself feels the pain when the righteous are being afflicted.

“In their entire affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and He bares them, and carried them all the days of old“(KJV) Isa 63:9.

You might say I am a believer why should I be afflicted? Yes, you are right but you must always remember that the Bible warns that the whole world is full of the habitation of cruelty.

 

MEDITATE

·        It is what you carry that determines your battle.

·        Warfare always surrounds miracles.

·        If you have never had warfare, that is because you are not carrying anything.

·        Whoever knows the secret of your heart will be in control of your future.

·        Anything you compromise to get, you will eventually lose it somehow.

·        Goats do not have a shepherd, only sheep do.

 

PROPHETIC PRAYER

·        * Every power of stagnation in your life, I kill it!

·         *Every Power of frustration and backwardness dies in your life now!

·        * I revoke the potency of any negative word spoken against you and your children!

·        * Every power swallowing your greatness is hereby disgraced by the blood of Jesus!

·         *Your riches and breakthrough in the depth of the waters is locating you now!

·       *  Every power of limitation reigning in your life is hereby broken!

CONQUERING SATANIC LIMITATION – Part 3 (Conclusion)

“Destruction has overtaken my people because they have no knowledge; because you have given up knowledge, I will give you up, …” Hos 4:6  (BBE)

In this concluding edition, you will, through the help of the Holy Spirit, discover the right key and button that you need to disarm the powers behind limitation in your life and destiny, the forces responsible for your stagnation, holding you down at a spot and making you go round in circles. There is a great future ahead of you but due to lack of insight, life has become miserable for you, but now I see you being liberated and breaking loose from that oppression today in the name of Jesus.

Until you are armed with the needful (I mean knowledge), you would continually go over the same routine of frustration all your life. While growing up, I discovered some unpleasant trends around me and the only way out is to find resort in God through knowledge and aggressive prayers. I had to locate the correct prescription for my ‘ailment’ and this marked the beginning of my breakthrough in life and ministry.

THE ASSIGNMENT OF SATANIC LIMITION

You cannot afford to be complacent with your present state; rather, you must violently react against it. The battle you fail to confront and conquer now will remain to fight your children’s children (your generations to come) and this is the more reason you need to stand up to every form of limitation in your life and as you take that bold step today, the Lord of Hosts will empower you to defeat your adversaries in Jesus name.

“Does a lion roar in the forest, if there's no carcass to devour? Does a young lion growl with pleasure, if he hasn't caught his supper?” Amos 3:4 (THE MESSAGE)

There is a reason you are going through this situation in life. You ought to have gone further than where you are now but you have been limited by the powers that be from the foundation of your destiny. These powers are designed to tamper with your academics, marriage, divert your destiny, make a mess of your finances, stagnate your journey in life and to make you a story teller with nothing to show for living; but I see God disgrace them out of your life in Jesus name.

Beloved, the horror of satanic limitation will ensure that others with lesser ability, skill or even certification are preferred over you; where you have been pushed aside, men will come back to give you your due entitlement and any form of ancestral bond or covenant with limitation in your lineage responsible for your delay and rejection is broken today in Jesus name. Henceforth, you are unstoppable because you have been empowered through the knowledge you are grasping today.

NOW IS YOUR FREEDOM!

Limitations are delay factors sourced with curses from the coven of darkness primarily to impede the vehicle of your destiny. The powers behind limitation are often age long and their grip and effect cannot be defused by human tendencies or capabilities but by intervention of a Superior Power.

“And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” Isa 10:27 (KJV)

If the yoke of limitation that you have long struggled with will be shattered through the anointing of God, I therefore stand, by the anointing, and declare that the yoke of satanic limitation is broken over your life in the name of Jesus. I reverse every evil decree upon you by the blood of Jesus. I command everything responsible for your affliction and stagnation to be broken now in the name of Jesus. Every power and yoke of limitation that has vowed to die with you, I command them to die alone and any power of darkness assigned from any coven to make you end up a story teller in destiny, I command them to die now in the name of Jesus. Every power that says you will not go, I command them to go in your stead in the name of Jesus. I command every yoke of poverty to break in the name of Jesus.

 

THE WAYOUT OF SATANIC LIMITATION

·     Give your life to Christ

·     Ask God in prayers to show you His blueprint for your life so that you can fulfill your destiny.

·     Receive the right direction through the help of the Holy Spirit on how to fight the battles connected with satanic limitation in your life.
